Middle School Counselors in the Tacoma Public School District implement a comprehensive guidance program to develop all students into people who are productive, socially responsible, and culturally aware. All students, regardless of their circumstance, will reach their academic, personal/social, and career goals.

Mission

Middle School Counselors in the Tacoma Public School District collaborate with staff, students, families, and the community to provide equitable access to programs and opportunities for all students. By using curriculum and making data-informed decisions, the whole child is served, as students’ academic, personal/social, and career potential is met.
